I have stayed here twice and it is a wonderful motel. Clean, quaint and convenient to the Olean area. The lady that manages the motel is very nice and friendly. Makes you feel very welcome. You can't beat the room rates either. If you are in the Olean area, i would definitely check this place out before going to the "name brand" hotels.

We came in from Boston and made a reservation at the Dudley Hotel, which is a disgusting hotel and to check out. We drove around for new accomodations and came across the New Lantern Motel. This motel is clean, new, near the casino, and quiet. The people who have done the remodeling and managing the business were so nice and understanding. I would highly recommend this motel and will be staying there again. Date stayed 3/17/13.
