I have stayed here twice and it is a wonderful motel. Clean, quaint and convenient to the Olean area. The lady that manages the motel is very nice and friendly. Makes you feel very welcome. You can't beat the room rates either. If you are in the Olean area, i would definitely check this place out before going to the "name brand" hotels.

The new owner has done a great job remodeling and the rooms are very clean. My idea of a nice place to stay for very good prices. Thanks for a great stay.

We came in from Boston and made a reservation at the Dudley Hotel, which is a disgusting hotel and to check out. We drove around for new accomodations and came across the New Lantern Motel. This motel is clean, new, near the casino, and quiet. The people who have done the remodeling and managing the business were so nice and understanding. I would highly recommend this motel and will be staying there again. Date stayed 3/17/13.

Very nicely updated. Spent two nights there. Clean, neat, comfortable and quiet. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a drive up, affordable accomodation.

Lovely little motel, very clean inside and out. Huge closet, flat screen TV with satellite, wifi service, fridge and microwave. Paito chairs outside the rooms. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. And you can't beat the price. Recomended it to friends and will difinitly stay there again when in the area. And the beds are verrrrrry comfortable.

I would certainly recommend this very clean, modern, comfortable motel. Conveniently located and the price is great.
