Run(don't walk) away from Arty Gendreau Electric!
My electric heat worked perfectly until Arty Gendreau Electric completed work on my kitchen renovation in June 2024. He ignored more of my phone calls than he answered but finally returned in October. He restored power to two of my four thermostats and informed me the other two are bad and need replacing.
He then sent me a bill for over $1000 and ultimately filed a $1500 claim in small claims court. I mailed him a check for just under $1000, he was a no show in court and forfeited the claim. None of my thermostats have needed replacing.
