I believe that a good company and wonderful company owners Like Martha Ethridge (MJ) brings out the best in a person character. I learned so much working for her and her group. Some of my skills I obtained during employment with MJ I am using to build my own business. Customer Relations was strictly enforced. She taught all of us that to have a successful business you must build and maintain strong relationships with your clients. I received several certificates such as Oustanding Team Player. I was awarded Outstanding accomplishments in Customer Service & Client Satisfaction. I also recieved a Recognition for Driving Safely Without accident or injury during transport to Clients. I enjoyed my experience and loved my job with The Ethridge Group and found out that my passion to help others was from my soul. I loved the people not just the check I was paid and that makes a big difference in my life today.
