Hello.my name is Clifford Roseboom and first I'd like to say thank you for your help.ive been reading some of the blogs on the Internet and have seen nothing but negative comments about your company. I on the other hand would like to go to the wall for your company and would like to say that sofar my experience has be nothing but a pleasant and professional one at that.im sure as long as I pay my bill and do what I'm asked to do that I should not have any problems. Financing was hassle free and the gentleman that verified my information was very nice and respectful to me.so I don't understand why all these people have spoken very negative about your company? I think these people aren't really telling the whole story behind everything. I can tell you this much, they are all wrong sofar and I have a feeling that your company won't be that bad.if there is anything you need me to do or if you would just like to speak with me .do not hesitate to call me ..thanks again for everything and you are the best

A lot has Changed.I really Thought Highly of this company, that is up until they wouldnt approve me for another vehicle. I had paid of the very first auto loan from 2014 and was ok,then I go and get a van for my wife in 2016,paid that off successfully.Anytime I ran into a problem,I would call the company to keep them informed, when they called me,I answered the phone. It's always good when your having problems to call the company it is you owe money to.Now I will tell you that I was late a few times on this last loan and that was towards the end of the loan, due to my wife getting into an accident and her not working. ANYWAY,Things started looking up for us and we decided to get another car,we went to the chevy Dealer and got a new Chevy and we used the van as a trade in..After about a month into the new car,I decided that it was kind of small and with the 4 kids I have we need something big.I went to go look at a suburban and wanted to buy it,I go through American financial again because my credit is a little rough, they supposedly help people with problem credit, not to mention that I've already proven myself to them, not once but 2 times..So I put the application in for credit and they turned me down..I couldn't believe it..The reason they turned me down was due to credit problems..lol so they dont help people with credit problems like they claim..not to mention I guess it doesn't pay to be a good customer with this company. THEY PROFILE CONSUMERS! DONT TRUST THEM!!
