I COULD NOT HAVE HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE! If I could have given it zero stars I would have. I visited this store last week and a sales associate helped me find everything I needed to decorate the cake I was making. While searching through the isles I asked her, "What is your return policy?" & she responded "You can return anything that is unopened w/ a receipt." Then I picked out everything I thought I MIGHT need with the intention of returning anything that I did not end up needing when I was done. I didn't want to be part way through decorating my cake and not have what I needed. At the check out I realized everything was WAY WAY WAY over priced but I purchased it anyway and planned to check Amazon.com to see if I could find better prices. After checking Amazon.com I found I could purchase all of the same things at 1/4th of the price!!! A couple days later I returned to the store to rerun all of the extremely over priced items. The sales associate that was working that day then informed me that she could not take a return on any edible items even though they were unopened and I had my receipt! So I asked to talk to the manager and she said "Actually the owner is her, would you like to talk to her?" And I said yes. I explained to the owner her employee's mistake & her response was a snarky "Sorry" & I tried to reason with her again explaining that if I had been told that originally I never would have made the purchase in the first place.
