I've known Ken for 30+ years, and he's the best. He's serviced my family's systems for more years than I can remember. This company is topnotch in every way: From the office to the field, it doesn't get any better. My ONLY regret: Is moving to the Nashville area and not being able to utilize his expertise down here. All my family there in East TN use him and swear by him.... He's honest to a flaw.... This company is old fashioned. They do what they say. They take pride in what they do....
