To Mark, Matt, Steve and the Crew, I woke up this morning after having Mark and his 3 assistants refinish my solid oak floors yesterday, Sept. 6th and I am very pleased that I found your company on the Internet. The end result is beautiful! Dealing with your company from the start to the finish (no pun intended), was a pleasant experience. Matt and Steve, you were easy and accomodating on the phone..you answered all my questions and returned my calls in a timely fashion. But more importantly, Mark and his crew were so organized and efficient. Mark, you are a great asset to the franchise. You are reassuring to the new customer such as myself and if I had to pick a crew to occupy my home for 9 or 10 hours, you guys would be more than welcome to return. If you ever need a personal referral, feel free to call on me as I will sing your praises. Also, if you decide to advertise on TV, I would be more than happy to accept a role! Thanks again for a job well done!!! Sincerely, Nora Fischberg
