Out of all of the stores we dealt with in preparation for our child’s arrival Simply Baby was the absolute worst. We absolutely regret buying our furniture there and would never ever shop in that store again. Their customer service is non-existent and they do not stand behind the products they sell. Their store manager Laura is incredibly rude. We spent thousands of dollars in this store in the winter of 2015 and almost all of the furniture arrived damaged. We asked to speak to the owners numerous times and they refused to talk to us. We were never offered any type of refund or gift card. They clearly did not care about anything more than getting our money. If we had to do it all over again we would buy our furniture from Buy Buy Baby or Babies R Us – both of those stores gave us excellent customer service. If you’re looking for a store that goes by the motto “the customer is always right” – Simply Baby is definitely not the place for you. I have never in my life shopped at a store where the owner, who was clearly on premises, refused to speak to the customer. We would never ever recommend Simply Baby – spend your money elsewhere!
