Had a horrible experience with this company. As a young executive of 30 years old I had designed a project called the LUXOR International Peace Conference Center to be built in the Sinai area of Egypt (working directly with world famous Morris Lapidus of Miami) which incorporated the late Anwar Sadat's vision that Mr. Sadat commissioned. After merging my $600 million dollar pyramidal designed (LUXOR PROJECT with a giant SPHINX) including Anwar Sadat's MONUMENT TO PEACE vision, I then went to the Giza Palace to obtain Mrs. Jehan Sadat's approval to go forward with such a joint project having assembled a group of World Renown specialists in engineering, solar energy, corporate structuring, architecture etc. and then went to William Codus's offices (Jehan Sadat's professional advisor in the U. S.) and shared 5 ciba-chrome copies of 5 views of my LUXOR PROJECT with them. Mr. Codus and his representative spent close to 2 hours reviewing my plans for such a project intended as a Camp David styled retreat for those in the Middle East to solve Middle Eastern disputes, intending for Mr. Sadat's Monument to Peace to be a integral part, representing the 3 major faiths in dedication to the ACCORD. They said they would not be interested in such a venture. 5 years later I called (pretending to be someone else) and spoke directly to Mr. Codus and was told, "He and Egypt's U. S. Ambassador (Mr. Gorbral) worked together designing Las Vegas's LUXOR & replica of King Tut! I received $0 !
