I called Dry Basement Solutions to waterproof my basement. I was expecting a great job after Steve assured me he had 30 years experience. I still have leaks. They knocked the gas meter crooked. They skipped an area that was difficult to dig. No waterproofing was applied. The Product used is Roof flashing. The VOCs are making its way into the house. the house smells of tar since they finished. I have called and texted many times. Steve says he is coming and never shows up or calls back.
