This business is a fake business. They are allowing people to ship watches for repair with checks for shipping and repairs, accepting the watches and money from FedEx or whoever delivers them and then cutting you off from any communication. Most of their numbers are shut down and no one will answer the only working number or email. I talked with Esther Guzman at the number 954-985-3827 and received one email from her on where to send the watch for repair in Florida with a check. I sent the watch over a month ago and have tried dozens of times to reach them with no response. Looking online I am not the only won who has been taken. I have contacted the Florida State Attorney Generals office and encourage everyone else to do the same.
