Shady business practices - My Sons car was parked safely on the side of the highway between mile marker 25 and 27 on I-25 after he was involved in a pretty jarring collision and spent the night in the hospital, on Tuesday. I talked to and cleared it with Chris from the State Tropper office - that the car would not be towed if I could make it down by today (Saturday) to get it. I showed up at 10:00 am today and the car was towed (Friday) to M&M towing for no reason other than they M &M saying it was abandoned...not true! and M&M had the audacity to still charge $205 to release a Vehicle that should not have been towed in the first place. Whether its the shady state trooper and additionally this shady business, or just this business. I would avoid doing business with them period. if this is their tactics for this, no telling what else they may do for $205....
