We bought a liner from swimline July 2011--opened the pool up this spring and saw a huge ripe on the seam. We brought a professional pool installer out to look at it and he said it was the seam! Went through the appropriate avenues and were refused a new liner--quote "our people look at this everyday ... so this is not covered under the 25 year warranty" What does that tell you about their product when they have people look at it "everyday"!! We lost over $1200.00 because of their product and now have to spend the same amount or more to replace it! Are there any people out there who stand by their product so much that the 25 year warranty or whatever year warranty actually means what it says!! Larry Schwimmer stand behind your product!!!!!
