Worst customer service follow through I have ever dealt with. Defect in my quartz countertop which was noticed after installers left. Was told by one of the installers when he dropped my drains/sink strainers off (that they forgot to leave day of installation) that the spot must have been buffed out to long....have been getting nothing but lip service since. Waiting for almost 1 month for an answer/solution to the problem. They actually wanted me to file a claim with the quartz manufacturer. This is their company therefore their problem to fix. I feel as if they, got their money so they are done with me hoping I will just go away. NOT going to happen!! I will be filing a claim with the BBB and am considering legal actions. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with!!
