After several months of the owner or salesman refusing to provide us with a date they would complete our unfinished job (less than one day's work), we were forced to sue Ceramic Tile & Natural Stone and Marcos Porras (the owner) for breach of contract. The court ruled in our favor and awarded us the full judgment we had requested. Don't believe us, look at the On-line Case Lookup on www.nmcourts.com and you'll see our lawsuit among the many others which have been filed against the business and individual owner. Because they still have not paid our judgment, we are now pursuing payment through New Mexico Construction Industries Division. If they don't pay (we are just one in a very long line of creditors), we will be pursuing having their license revoked. We don't want anyone else to go through the nightmare we had and will do whatever we can to make sure this company and its owner are unable to maintain or acquire any new licenses (he's had more than one company name and license already!). Despite what the business has reflected on the Manta website, they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. We filed a complaint with the BBB and they were unable to resolve our issues with CTNS (due to lack of cooperation by the vendor). Avoid a nightmare like ours. Turn and run!
