You do not want to live in Pauni Apartments. The manager has all of her family living here. She has them scattered throughout the different buildings so that she can be nosey on what you are doing. When you pull into the parking lot her husband jumps up and looks out of their window and stares the whole time. If you lucky in the warmer months they will all be sitting outside of the different building and then you can watch them stare at you as you pull in or as your guests come in. If she personally doesnt like one of your guest she will threaten you and tell you that she will have them removed from the property and you could be evicted. I have never seen another poorly managed apartment complex. If you are thinking about moving into this complex dont. She will fool you into believing that she is all nice and wont bother you unless you do something wrong, but that isnt the case at all. She has her little "spies" all over and knows every little thing that goes on in your life. Also if she doesnt like you she will try her hardest to find a way to get you out of the apartments. Again this is a VERY VERY POORLY MANAGED APARTMENT COMPLEX.
