I always go to Jo-ann's for fabric, but when I had to wait 25 minutes to get it cut I was furious. Debbie at the cutting desk was chatting it up with customers while there were 10+ people waiting. A supervisor was sorting fbric and not helping at all. 20 minutes into the wait Debbie finally called for help, 3 people came... NO ONE HELPED! Finally the supervisor pitched in and I got my 2 yards of fabric. Now to go check out and wait ANOTHER 20 minutes! There was one cashier and 14 people checking out. 2 of which had complicated returns and another had the wrong ticket from the fabric cutting Debbie. This was a total of 45 minutes waiting to get what I wanted and get out of Jo-ann's. I will never go back to this location. They have terrible customer service. Hire some more people to improve your horrific wait times.
