I am confused. I received an i wireless phone thru access wireless and it is not the phone I antisipated getting. The one access wireless advertises has a sliding keyboard. My daughter received a really nice phone that worked and I received some flip phone piece of garbage that does not work. When I call access wireless all I get is automated prompts and no help. As the company that I received the phone from I Wireless LLC in Newport, Ky. I do hope you will help me with my delema. What do I need to do to exchange phones. I am sending this particulare one back to you, even if I don't receive the one Access Wireless advertises on their web page.
