After the first day of a roofing job on a neighbor's house, I found 15 nails in my girlfriend's driveway. Not wanting flat tires, l spoke with the work crew and messaged the owner via their website with my name and email address. The crew apologized, blamed a crew member for not caring, and made a better attempt, although I ended up with 29 nails still. The owner, responded with an email reading "who are you?", not noticing my name at the top of the email, and offering no solution. Once I submitted a negative review of my experience on Google, he then finally responded threatening to take me to court for harassment and lied about the neighbor complaining about my meddling. The roof looks good, but there is a lack of professionalism here.
