Welcome! My name is Lumen Dela Cruz (or Lumin as I am known to my friends and family). I am the owner and founder of Tots R Us Day Care. This home based day care was founded in 2004 as a loving extension from my 20 plus years of experience as a teacher and day care provider. Our goal here is to provide each child with a fun and safe environment to nurture early learning!
