NCOA Processing
Studies show as many as 20 percent of the United States’ population of moves every year; not everyone remembers to tell you they have moved. NCOA processing compares your list with the Postal Service’s change of address records and updates your list to ensure your mail goes where you want it to go. NCOA processing is now mandatory for many lists.
Merge/Purge
Upon your request, Eagle mailing Service can merge multiple mailing lists into one list and/or purge your list of duplicate addresses (based on your specifications). A complete report of the purge process can be supplied upon request.
Presorting
The final step in maximizing your postage dollar is presorting. Eagle Mailing Service uses state-of-the-art software to sort your list to achieve the maximum postage discount(s) allowed by the Postal Service.
Addressing
There are several methods of printing addresses on envelopes, catalogues and self-mailers. Your Eagle Mailing Service representative will help you determine which method is best for your projects.
Inkjet Addressing:
Our high speed addressing systems allow us to make quick work of your project while, at the same time, keeping address quality and barcode up to USPS specification.
Labels:
4-up Cheshire labels work well on dark backgrounds where inkjet systems would not show up
Piggyback labels on a wax backing let your customer peel off the label and use it on an order form or reply device.
Inserting and Hand Assembly
Does your self mailer or booklet need a wafer seal? Yes – if it mails at the “automation rate” discount. Depending on the specific design of your mail piece it may need from one to three tbs. Tabs prevent the open edge of your mail piece from jamming the high-speed equipment used by the Postal Service.
Eagle Mailing Service can apply the necessary tabs quickly and easily as part of our inline imaging process.
Match Inserting
Important personalized direct mail, such as fundraising or that personal correspondence look, requires a non-window envelope with high resolution address and live stamp, plus a letter, reply form and other components.
