Absolutely do NOT recommend at ALL!!!! Crawford's Plumbing completely and totally RIPPED me OFF! I had Crawford plumbing of lake City install a bathroom faucet/drain (I had provided). Initially on the phone he said the install would be $125-$150. I noticed several RED FLAGS throughout this install and afterwards with issues regarding the drain, shut off valve and the following: -He removed my pipes below which were fine (replaced with plastic tubing -He never asked if I wanted the steal/copper pipes or my old faucet and took them with him After he left, upon further inspection, I discovered my drain was not seated in properly, which causes water to pool around drain flange, and other issues. I called him after that and left repeated messages and left a message on his facebook page for him to reply. He has never gotten back to me! He totally ripped me off, told me he takes pride in his work and that his work is guaranteed, and if I had problems to call him. I have been attempting to get a hold of him for more than a week now and he will not return my call. A job that took him an hour and he charged me an exorbitant amount (twice as much as his original estimate)! Because he never called me back after I left many messages, it just shows his lack of customer service, ethics and professionalism! I would NEVER, ever recommend this company, as they don't CARE about their customers OR their client base, and just want to make a quick buck and MOVE on!!
