I am very sad to write this review but I have really been left in the lurch by this company. They designed & installed beautiful leather countertops in our Houston home. They also did a large leather wrapped coffee table. When we sold our home the countertops were a selling point. We have since built a new home & moved to the Hill Country. Our architect designed a room similar to one we had in Houston with the leather countertops. We contracted with Lucky Dog to do the work. I got a very nice note from the owner thanking me for the referral. The room is complete. Cabinets, fixtures are in. We've selected the leather & it's time for installation. Lucky Dog has refused to complete the job they are contracted to do. We have been told that it's too far to drive. Our builder is driving to Houston to pick up the product that we bought. A local carpenter will attempt to finish the installation. If we could have sourced this locally before we built out this space & went to this kind of expense we certainly would have. Now we're left with a mess. I cannot recommend this business.
