Update: Mickey Greenberg was awful and would not listen or give value to any of our claims during the arbitration. We kept telling him that the Defendants were lying to him. But, because they had an attorney, he believed anything they said. We have since won a Summary Judgment against the Defendants which dismissed all of their claimsm (except 1) as they proven to be lies. Shame on Mickie Greenberg for increasing the time and cost of our litigation by not requiring evidence of the defendants' claims!!

He is horrible and is unable to perform his duties competently and honestly due to his mental abilities like Joe Biden.. same confusion and wasted our time with his lies and inability to perform his duties and obligation to all parties and thier safety. Epic failure

DO NOT USE. AWFUL. Judge Greenberg is biased against pro se parties. He does not understand the Rules or the law, or else his memory and faculties are failing. He only listens to attorneys, and does not require any evidence to support a claim made by an attorney; but required us to substantiate anything we said. He worked very hard at trying to strong-arm me into a settlement. I told him that I was not prepared to mediate as I had not been provided with any evidence of the opposing side's damages, much less any supporting evidence. Yet, he moved forward and wasted my money and time. He did everything he could to try to convince me that I had no case and he had not seen any evidence to support any of the opposing side's claims.
