This property management is awful. We live in an HOA community with Reid as the property manager. They do very little for the community. The biggest complaint is the lack of communication, especially Matt Berg. This had irritated neighbors, but no one wants to say anything. I have emailed and called and rarely get a response. I have used the portal to request things regarding pests in the yard and it goes unnoticed. I had 2 incidents with the yard folk damaging my car and then my patio window. I have tried to get a status on my patio window, but nothing. Matt keeps saying he needs to talk to the HOA, but it does not take over a month to do so. Regarding the lack of communication, I needed insurance paperwork for my mortgage company. They failed to send the updated policy. I was on the verge of my insurance increasing because they did not receive it from Matt. I had to call multiple times and the mortgage company had to call before they finally sent it to me. The community fails to abide by rules. They will single you out. If you report things, they do not listen or follow up. You will experience a lot of unnecessary headaches. When I decide to rent my property, I will not be using Reid, unless for someone reason it's mandatory in the community.
