This guy is abusive to his clients. He has a habit of raising his voice at you. Doesn't really hear your side of the story because he already has his mind made up about you since his education ahs made him Sherlock Holmes. He likes to make you relive traumas and then talks down to you for becoming visibly upset over it. Not good with people.
