Went there 7/18/13 to do some laundry, knowing the laundry business ran one in Riverhead for about 4 years, well I noticed that the dryer timers are WAY OFF It wasn't 7 mins for 25 cents it was more like 4 mins. the Dryers itself were not hot. The washers lights to notify you when the cycle has changed not working.The dryers that the employees use are hotter than the others, (they turned up the nozzle to heat the drum for the drying of the clothes) the employees there take the laundry you drop off and do not even separate them. The Front of the washers were filthy, between the washers filthy. I did speak with the lady behind the counter to tell the owner regarding the dryers (that they needed recalculations) and they needed to be turned up a little for drying purposes she said OK. In the past being in the business I will never recommend this business to anyone. I will go to another Laundromat. This is not a recommendation this is anyone who drops off their laundry there you are getting ripped off. They didn't use enough detergents or bleach for clean clothes. The drums of the dryers were dirty. Yes it is around the corner but I will rather spend the GAS money and go to a cleaner environment.. They had bags of clothes that were done ALL over the place, I cant figure out why they don't have a back room for them. No room for folding your clothes. I will never go back and if you want your clothes done there then you are wasting money for dirty clothes,they are folded.. THATS IT
