not being appreciated
double standards for long standing employees and new employee get treated like crap
your opinion doesn’t matter
don’t mind being bullied, disrespected, harrassed or even discriminated by some managers,
if you are gay... ,
want a raise for your hard efforts,
expect to have HR back you as they don’t and breaches confidentiality,
think that you matter, cause you don’t as the company will get rid of the hard workers and keep slackers because they get away with it, and have kissed the CEO’S butt for years and he thinks they can do no wrong...
