Worst Service Ever. My mother was a petient there with Dr Ramos Doctor shows up wheever he wants to , Not Proffesional So sad We have to depend upod people like Him. My Mother comes from Mexico to see Dr Ramos. The personnel there was stating to me that they have told the doctor that the system they are using Does not function Since every time doctor will see patients they have to arrive at 9 am to Write themselves on the list. Then The patients have to arrive at 2:00pm wich is the time the doctor will start seing patients. Several times I have gone there and suddenly the doctos is coming at 12 and I got a called stating we will miss the appointment BECAUSE THE DOCTOR DECIDED TO SHOW UP EARLIER. Ist so sad to see many people Specially Elderly Running around the stupid schedule This Unproffecional Individual. He is Arrogant and evrytime we ask him a question he makes, uncalled remarks about the cases. I have been there several times, we pay every visit since my mother does not have health Insurace. They really bang on people that depend on medicare or madicare to see this type of People. Staff there also could not give us a straight answer about the situation and when i called to complaint,they were tossing the telephone back and forth because they did not want to take my call.
