We gather, organize and prepare evidence and exhibits for trial working with the attorneys. On complex and high liability cases, we appear to assist attorney present evidence and/or witnesses. On newly reported injuries, we conduct prelimary background inquiries to determine the validity of the claim and the credibility of the injured worker.
