This company contracts for Landmark Warranty and so All American Electrical was the second failure in this claim. We called for two issues and the technician could not fix either. One of those was a short in an outlet and he tightened the screws and told us the work was warranted for 90 days after. When it still didn’t work we called back and were told that since it was a Warranty company job there was no guarantee or warranty on their work and we would have to open a new claim. When we called to claim we were told they would get back with us but never heard back.
