These are The Most Dishonest Motel Owners I Have Ever Run Into ... and all for a ratty room that had no key for the front door (always unlocked), non-working smoke detectors, damaged/peeling up rugs and bathroom linoleum, missing floor grates (aka open holes in the floor), dangerous black mold in the bathroom, scalding hot water that burns instantly, and bare exposed electrical outlets with clear evidence of shorting (a fire or electrocution Death just waiting to happen).
