Loveland, Ohio 45140 Cell # 513-348-5116 Office# 513-583-5839 My 2 brother and I worked for Marcus Dan Mullins of Clean Corners Ceiling Restoration, from Loveland, Ohio. The project was Wal-Mart 585 Rock Hill, SC. We worked 10 hours a night from 6/21/2012 – 6/28-2012. The Agreement between us and Mr. Mullins was that we were to be paid for all work completed, on the last day. Several hours before we were done, Mr. Mullins Disappeared. We called him immediately and got no response. For the next week and a half, we called, sent text messages and left voice mails only to get hold of him maybe twice and him promising to pay us and no excuse for leaving unpaid. He also would deviate from payment by promising to contract us for his Aiken and Buford , SC jobs. I myself called him 36 times and sent him 60 text messages. Combined with what my brothers called and texted, this man flat out had no intention of paying us. Only after threatening to take out a lien against him, and cooperation from the General contractor, McCrory Construction did he pay us. On 7/8 we met with him and he paid the nearly $2000 that he owed us. Even after all that went on, on 7/10 he called me and asked if we could work on a bathroom that was added into the job and I agreed. My brother and I worked the night of the 7/10 from 9pm-12am and HE HAS YET TO PAY US.
