Local LTL Carrier We are a local carrier based out of Rockland County, New York. We are a niche carrier servicing the metro area; including - Metro NY, the 5 Burroughs, LI, New Jersey and the lower Hudson Valley. We also have the ability to service a small portion of southern CT and Philadelphia, PA. ACT trucks have hydraulic lift gates provided at is no additional charge. ACT does not charge for many of the Accessorial Charges as do other carriers - i.e. Appointment Charges, Inside Delivery Charges (1st floor). We also offer a reduced Fuel Surcharge as well.
