I have known John since 2008 . At that time I owned a 2008 Toyota highlander. The car sustained extensive front end injury. He and his team restored it to perfection. Recently, he repaired the rear end bumper of my daughters BMW and we were both pleased with the outcome. I'm in the market for a used car and called John for guidance because I value his service. I, unfortunately, did not have good business dealings with your garage employees. I assisted in bringing in a 1997 Ford Escape to be repaired after a motor vehicle accident only to be swindled by your make shift owner, Ernesto and Jorge. The car was brought in on Jan 7th, the garage forged my sister in law's name on the direction of pay, was paid $3,200 by the insurance company (without her knowledge), only to have old parts put on the car, the alignment is still not fixed and 2 months later her car is still NOT drivable. What type of business are you guys running? Not an honest one for sure. This is ONLY the tip of iceberg!!! Shame on you guys for conducting business in this manner. Taking advantage of women and less fortunate people.
