I do not recommend this company. They are not timely with information and care little for customer request. They have the attitude of- “ It’s their way or the highway”. I had asked that the retaining wall be built according to the manufacturer requirements. Jackson Jones Construction response was that they were not going to do it, meaning I should just hire someone else. The company is definitely not professional. One is left with the feeling that smaller job customers are more of a nuisance or distraction than a valuable addition for a growing business.
