i sent in an ecm to be repaired. the charge was $575. needless to say, it didn't work.i sent it in for repair the second time and never got my ecm back and never got a refund. called and talked to scott (owner). when i finally got in touch with him after 3 weeks, he tried to keep my money and not give a refund. i had to go to great lengths to try to resolve this problem. i have spent over 40 minutes on the phone to try to talk to someone and called 27 times (in a row). these people were very aggrevated with me and agreed to refund my money. as of now this hasn't happened. i will update this when our refund is complete.
