This company provides an all-in-one software package to trucking companies. It is a small-scale operation, consisting of roughly 10 employees. This is the worst computer software company that I have ever worked for. The code is outdated (mainly VB6) and is a complete mess (unused code, no comments, no coding standards implemented. There is no training program, simply a once over of their all-in-one application and you are left to figure things out on your own. You need a strong background in the trucking industry and a solid understanding of transportation and accounting. 99% of communication in the office is done via e-mail... it is a very small office, yet frequent face-to-face communication is frowned upon. The company has an extremely high employee turnover rate... the 2 managers and owner were the only employees in the company that had seniority of greater than 1 year.
