Demolition Experts, Houston tore down the house across the street from me in early March 2013. Their hauling trucks drove into my yard as much as 12 feet over many areas crushing water sprinkler heads and leaving deep ruts. Damage was witnessed by their man on the job and the City of Sugar Land inspector. I contacted them several times asking only that they deliver me a pallet of grass. There verbal intention was favorable, but they have not delivered. City inspector will be notified. Lawsuits are in preparation both to Demolition Experts and to property owner. Sad day
