do not recommend this business, first i have nothing against people who want to save on overhead and run a business from there home, but if that's the case then do it as a professional! A work order was placed on Jan 2 with home warranty company, I was given the contact info called and left message for someone to call asap. The answering machine give no info as to what the hours of work are or if they had closed for new year and would be open again at what time and date. On Monday Jan 5 at 945 am I called again after not hearing from anyone a women answered the phone without id if this was a business I asked why nobody had called to schedule a appt she said that she was going to do it at sometime today I asked what their hours were and what time they opened she said she did not like to be questioned and hung up. Clearly poor skills guess thats why their home was foreclosed on! I did my research and canceled any further contact with this flaky fly by night business and let the home warranty people know my experience. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
