Discover the World of Health Keller Chiropractic opened it's doors in 2007 with the purpose of helping as many people as possible get back to true health by utilizing chiropractic adjustments and whole food nutrition. Keller Chiropractic is committed to helping people reach their full health potential by removing subluxation(s) from the spine. These subluxations interfere with the body's innate intelligence and do not allow it to adapt to everyday stressors. Utilizing a very specific technique called Gonstead, Dr. Valarie is able to adjust only the vertebrae(s) of the spine that need corrected. To determine the area of subluxation, the Gonstead technique uses visualization, static and motion palpation, instrumentation and full spine x-rays. It is both a very specific and thorough approach. At Keller Chiropractic we take care of anyone who has a spine! Keller Chiropractic also focuses on whole food nutrition and designed, individualized clinical nutrition programs. Dr. Valarie uses Nutrition Response Testing, a non-invasive system of analyzing the body, to determine the underlying causes of ill or non-optimum health. Dr. Valarie graduated in 2002 from Wartburg College with her BA and earned her Doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2005 graduating Summa Cum Laude. In November 2011, she also completed the recommended 100+ hours of study in the most advanced work of the Gonstead system of chiropractic. Dr. Valarie completed her certification in whole food nutrition from the International Foundation of Nutrition and Health in February 2020. After traveling to Florida over six times in two years to study at Ulan Nutritional Systems she graduated in December 2020 as an advanced practitioner in Nutrition Response Testing. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 children, reading and gaining knowledge and anything that involves being outdoors.
