Review for Grooming Booth Lois Brown I took my 7,month-old puppy to the Grooming Booth for the second time, and this visit left me extremely upset. I decided to stay and observe, and what I witnessed was very concerning. While finishing up with my puppy, Lois openly complained to the other groomer about how much my dog "frustrated" her. Then, when my puppy didn't stand in the exact position she wanted, Lois very aggressively grabbed her by the nose, held it tightly, and yelled STOP IT. I was appalled by this treatment-especially toward a young, still learning puppy. Dogs at this age need patience, gentle correction, and positive reinforcement, not rough handling or scolding. No owner should have to worry that their pet will be treated harshly or spoken about negatively in the grooming environment. I left feeling shaken and very disappointed, and I cannot recommend this business based on the experience I witnessed.
