THESE GUYS ALONG WITH CDI CONTRACTING HAVE A PROBLEM PAYING THE PEOPLE WHO SLAVE LONG HOURS FOR THEM. PARTICULARLY MR. DONNY COX PROMISED TO PAY US BACKED BY HIS COMPANY CDI EMPLOYER HILLVIEW APTS. MY SUGGESTION IS GET YOUR MONEY UPFRONT BECAUSE OF THE SHADY BEHAVIOR AND THE COVERUPS THAT IS GOING TO CATCH UP TO THESE GUYS ONCE TENANTS START COMPLAINING.
