They are not enforcing any Association rules in over a year. Parking is horrible.

They don't enforce parking rules, they don't enforce HOA rules, they allow broken windows and filthy hallways to go un-attended, they don't return phone calls or e-mails. I'm not sure exactly what Laurie does when she comes by for a few minutes every once-in-a while but I do know they charge our HOA. For what? I really don't know!

C4 management seems to really know their stuff. Our community was turning ghetto until they arrived. They immediately started organizing repairs in the common areas and they convinced our do nothing Board of Directors to their job and vote to spend the fees they take from us every month to keep the value of the property. Our Board for years refused to spend any money to fix anything. I heard that the previous managers had tried to get things done but the Board refused the funds. I guess any Manager is only as good as the community Board since the Board decides. Kudos to C4 for finally getting them to move forward. Our place looks so much better. Our Manger was so fast to respond to my water leak and has always returned my calls, texts and emails promptly and professionally. Highly recommended!
