Friday night 11:30 PM, hard drive crashes. I called two different places including DRS. The first company answered this late at night and stated his cost was $1300 plus $250-$350 for parts and it would take maybe 7 business days after opening the hard drive to inspect it. This company also claimed to be guaranteed 30% lower than any other company in Colorado. Denis from DRS calls back 8 am Saturday morning. I met him at the office around 10 AM, he said he could not price it until evaluating the hard drive and that he would not need to open it up to inspect it. Two hours later I got three prices. The cost I chose was the 24 hour service for half the price of the other company. This cost included a new hard drive. Sunday morning around 11 AM, I got all my data back, 100% intact. Denis was quick to point out the faults of the current hard drive and why they failed. He also gave great advice on other things pertaining to data backup. All throughout this ordeal, I was kept updated via email on the status with detailed information pertaining to the recovery process. Friday night 11 PM to Sunday morning 11 AM. Great service.
