Mandy Baird/Mid Michigan Payee Services has REPEATEDLY FAILED to pay my rent and monthly bills. Her failure to pay my rent has resulted in me receiving an eviction notice for non payment of rent. I have no choice I had to contact law enforcement to see if fraud is being committed.
