I have not had any help by Kimberly kovach, I was referred to her by legal aid a couple months shy of 2 yrs now to file for full custody of my son then she filed a motion to revoke herself from my case due to not being able to get documents to the father ( he was in and still is in prison ) which the judge denied her request and said she is still to represent my case and that was in Nov 2013 and I call her office constantly and I never get a return call or not even a letter in the mail...sad thing is my son was 7 months old when his father went to prison and he has been in and out a few times and before he went back this time him and his mother came and took my son right out of my house and I called the police and thank God I got him back which the father got in trouble for violating his pfa that I have on him and I found it crucial that she should know this, but again no return call or nothing... this is the way I feel about recommending her to anyone that is going for any type of custody for your children..
