My approach to helping people is to enable self realization, growth and fulfillment. Working with the natural push for growth in all living things, I take a humanistic and interpersonal approach to psychotherapy, with treatment methods derived from traditional, holistic, behavioral and psychodynamics theories. I work with adults, adolescents, as well as families involved with adoption.
