Midwest Stairs & Iron, Inc. Midwest Stairs & Iron makes stairs and aluminum balconies, and services all of your miscellaneous metal needs. Pre-assembled. Pre-engineered. Pre-fabricated. Prime benefits include clear communication with all project teams, shipped complete for easy installation, and drawing formats that are compatible. Aesthetics and safety should go without saying, so we add factors that make communication less complicated between all involved. This involves grand-scale thinking into the future, with how the stair or balcony will be applied every step of the way. Clear communication is key for everyone’s efficient use of time. Expect to receive a record of communication that can keep everyone on the same page, and 3D shop drawings that are easy to translate against architectural drawings. Our CAD and BIM software with compatible file formats to your software system provides opportunity for quick review and distribution of direction. Balconies and stairs can be a complexity to space. Midwest Stairs & Iron understands your need for assurance of: safety, code adherence, installation, building fit, sustainability, scheduling, and value. Safety is one of our continual concerns. Photoluminescent emergency lighting is becoming a necessity to secure everyone’s well being and to prepare for approaching national safety codes. We are partnering with GBC Safety Glow to provide photoluminescent illumination to stairs. Spec book details available.
